Use the Alias text box to provide a name for the alias, or use the default name provided. If the alias name is the same as the Original name, the alias must be created in a different location than the original.

To have File Buddy automatically append text when creating the default name for an alias, check the Append option and enter the text you wish appended in the text box provided.
